Abstract submission is open.
Authors are asked to send an abstract (max. 250 words) in English before March 22, 2021.
We invite proposals for paper presentations about IMMERSIVE AND 3D AUDIO in Audio Engineering, Room Acoustics, Automotive, Virtual Augmented Reality and their applications, ranging from applications on music composition to audio for automotive, including 3D audio for gaming.
Further topics may be accepted (e.g. Musical Acoustics and Auralisation, Signal Processing in Acoustics, Non Linear Acoustics in Auralisation, Architectural Acoustics, Building Acoustics and other related topics).
All papers will go through a peer review process before being accepted.
Oral and poster sessions will be scheduled, depending on the type and number of papers accepted. Papers are assigned to oral or poster sessions at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author to present at the congress if accepted.
For an abstract to be included in the final scientific program, it is mandatory for the presenting author to register for the congress.

Publishing of proceedings
Conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and SCOPUS.
All conferences and conference proceedings must meet IEEEs quality standards, and IEEE reserves the right not to publish any proceedings that do not meet these standards.
Accepted and orally presented papers are submitted to IEEE Xplore.
The IEEE makes every reasonable attempt to ensure that abstracts and index entries of content accepted into the program are included in databases provided by independent abstracting and indexing (A&I) services. Each A&I partner makes its own editorial decision on what content it will index. IEEE cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular database.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference or does not comply with IEEE Best Practices.
Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions for consideration in a special issue with one or more of the partner journals indexed on Scopus and WoS. Only submissions that were presented at the Conference by one of the authors may be invited to a special issue.
Manuscripts have to be submitted to the special issue of the journal according to instructions provided in the invitation letter. Each manuscript will then be reviewed according to the journal policy.
The authors are obliged to inform the conference of the status of their submission in a way provided in the invitation letter.
